New Kit for Earth day

For those of you that digitally scrapbook, this is the kit for you it has some really really fun elements.  This new kit is called Eco Earth.  I expecially like the flourishes and the cloud that it came with. Here are 2 new pages.
I think its super cool that I turned Will into an angel don't you.  Anyways the Elephant pictures were taken back in 2008 when I went to the Zoo with Sherry, Chet's mom for my birthday...I hope to go again this year...hint hint.

New kit from Fishbowl designs called "just greens"

Here is a page of my new treasure done with the new kit from fishbowl designs called, "Just Greens".

So I really, really want to design my own kits.

But I'm not sure how to do zip files and all that so I hope my husband can help.  Here is a sneak peak of a freebie kit I've been working on...Let me know what you think of it.  Amanda
I like to scrapbook using real photos and scenes not just made up ones.  I think God does a great job designing things sometimes...

The photo frames that I use

The white border or off white border frames that I use in almost every page I do are by Katie Pertiet.  They were my first purchase of scrapbook stuff that was digital.  After I wanted them for like a year I bought them.  My husband was mad about it even though it was only 20 dollars because he says he could have made them.  I dont know why he didnt then.  lol.  These are the sets I bought:

She has way more selection to choose from.  I just picked the ones that I knew I could use over and over.  To find them go to google and type in her name.

Sugar cookies...yeah!!

So this page is a christmas page in some not-so christmas colors. There are a lot of elements on this page.
The Recipe:
The kits I used are as follows, From Aprilisa Designs comes the background paper - It's a baby girl collab, the sugar sweet flair, and circle background - from her chocolate comfort kit, tickets and journaling - End of Summer kit, the ribbon, flower, and clothespins are from her "my funny valentine" collab kit
the Butterfly sticker is from the "be mine" kit by Shmooangel designs, the red and turquoise button/flairs are from "Down the Rabbit Hole" by Millstream Cottage,  The alpha is the gingerbread alpha by Gunhilde Storeide and I knew it would be perfect for a cookie page.

I think that is all that I used.  This is my niece Mackenzie who is very artistic and has a great singing voice.  She is a girly girl preferring makeup and skirts but I love her.

An oldy but a goody...

This page was harder to do than the others because I had to line everything up.  Almost all of the page was from a kit called "Family Ties" that was a free collaboration kit put together by Aprilisa designs and Blue orchid digiscrap designs and 2 other people but I didnt use the other people's parts.  The gray piece of paper was from a kit called "remember When" and it was designed by Valerie N designs.  I only own 6 items in all my digital scrapbooking stuff that I have paid for (except for my fishbowl design stuff) so most of the kits that i credit were freebies unless otherwise stated.
Remember that you can click on the page to see it close up. PS the butterflies were by Gunhilde Storiede who makes some of the coolest things

Yeah!! a new Black blog template

Sorry guys, I was tired of the old brown blog this one seems more professional to me...maybe when I figure out code I can design a new scrappy one but for now i like this one.
This page is of the wedding it was done on the Runaway Bride kit by Anne Quade

Wow what a difference a working computer can make....

These 2 pages are featuring some pictures that I took of a tree outside our house that was blooming and of my Bleeding hearts and Hostas progress.  The day I took the tree photos(last week) there were no bleeding hearts and today there were...yeah ! I think spring has sprung.  Chet mowed the lawn yesterday and I can't believe we are starting into that again!! Also I think I might get to see my little cousin Sully this weekend.  Pray for him as he goes into surgery for a G-Tube on Thursday.
These 2 pages were done with a kit called Daffodil Dreams by Anne Quade the number circles are from the alpha that go with this kit.  Isn't that little birdie so cute!!  The page above is also dont with this kit and with the white solid from the Run away bride kit also by Ann Quade.  The "GROW" letters are made by Gunhilde Storiede and can be found for free on her website.
